Foods like red meats, acidic fruits, and wheat can cause more inflammation increasing your symptoms and causing you extra discomfort that is unnecessary and avoidable.

Stay positive and also consider a relaxation technique. Often breathing exercises, restorative yoga, and meditation can help you to deal with your pain and live a more positive, healthy lifestyle even with chronic pain symptoms.
